Leadership Lessons

• You just had the experience of one out of many players in a typical Evivve game. Players can compete, collaborate and evolve in their ways of working with each other.


• This creates an urgent need to:
  Communicate and Collaborate (lower cognitive functions)
  Decide, Manage, Problem-Solve, Align, Strategize and Synthesize (higher cognitive functions)


• Therefore, players learn through the practice of these cognitive capabilities. When they fail a round of Evivve, they have the opportunity to reflect and identify changes they would make in future games.


• When they play again, they are able to experiment with new behaviors and see their impact.

Key Game Elements

These elements influence how players interact with each other in the game

• Offers: When one player accepts an offer it goes away for everyone. This inherently causes other players to compete.


• Matching Resources: Players must match the right resource with the offer. To do this they must communicate and collaborate on common objectives.


• Movilennium: "Evolution" in the game is entirely dependent on MV. As players play, they must not lose sight of their most important goal.


• Dashboard: In the multiplayer game, a dashboard displays team's performance data which can be used to inform decisions.

What is Evivve

Evivve is a multiplayer game that is best experienced with other real players. This is a simulated version of the game which is designed to give you an idea of what the experience might be like.

The simulated game experience is expected to take about 15 minutes to play through. At the end of the experience you'll have the opportunity to explore the leadership lessons that can be learnt through the game.
